SYNTERI Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Kaizonai (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide: Name, email, password (hashed), business information, payment information (processed by Stripe), uploaded files, notes, and content you create in the Service.

Information We Collect Automatically: Log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken in the Service.

Information From Third Parties: When you use enrichment features, we query third-party APIs (Google Places, Hunter.io, Apollo.io) for business and contact information about your leads.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates, security alerts)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Generate AI-powered content per your instructions
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic) to generate outreach messages, business analyses, and other content. Data sent to these providers is processed according to their privacy policies. We do not use customer data to train AI models.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing)
  • Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect rights
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do NOT sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, then delete it. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights (California Residents - CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

8. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functions (authentication, session management) and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break Service functionality.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest (Supabase), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
